    By submitting this form, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered, and consent to Esteemed Music collecting and processing the information provided in order to arrange lessons. In-person lessons are billed monthly. We will contact you to confirm scheduling, pricing, and payment details before lessons begin. Registration does not guarantee immediate placement; availability depends on studio and instructor scheduling.
